How to Spa:

Arrival Kindly be at the Spa 15 minutes prior to your treatment starting time. This will ensure that your Spa experience commences in a tranquil manner. Providing you with enough time to fill in your consultation form and coddle for your Spa experience.

Late Arrival Lateness for scheduled appointments will be deducted from the treatment time and not added on. Full cost of treatment is applied.

Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are valid until the validity date indicated on the voucher itself. Vouchers can be bought directly from Pearl Spas Reception or from our website - www.pearlspas.com. All vouchers are to be presented in hard copy to our Spa reception. Vouchers can be used at any Pearl Spa.

Spa Attire In house guests are encouraged to use the bathrobes provided by the hotel. Guests for day Spa are provided with locker keys and bathrobes against a refundable deposit of €20.00.

Spa Rules We recommend that no valuables are brought to the Spa as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Mobile phones must be switched off or put on silent mode. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Spa.

Minors Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied at all times (including treatment room) by an adult. The guardian needs to sign the consultation as a consent for the treatments.
